We are different to other accountants

Because we don't do any normal accountancy work at all! Some years ago we realised that our real skills are in helping businesses fulfill their true potential, and now we concentrate upon this alone. Some clients think of us as their 'personal trainer' for business, others simply use us to deliver a one off result.

Pricing

Like our clients, we operate a variety of financing mechanisms. We always prefer to have an incentive element, so that it is in our common interest to deliver exceptional results.

Subject to the success element we prefer to operate a fixed approach where possible giving you certainty and us the incentive to be efficient. For tactical cost reduction we operate a scale fee based on the savings we create. Occasionally, with long term and complex projects we charge on a time basis, though this is the exception.
