Business development strategy and successful partnerships

In a market as intensely competitive as law, revenue streams are crucial - and where clients are becoming ever more selective about the firm they engage, having a clear business development strategy is crucial.  We have helped many of our clients to develop a strategy to grow their client base and to get more from their existing clients. 

Sometimes the biggest barrier to achieving success is the opportunity for partners to spend uninterrupted time identifying and agreeing on the right way forward for the firm. We have successfully facilitated partner away days and retreats to provide the space for clear thinking, open discussion and debate.  A third party perspective can be just the catalyst that is needed to achieve a common vision for the future of the firm.

For some firms we follow this up with regular attendance at Board Meetings as a means of staying on track.
